Mihran Sargsyan is the founder and driving force behind NeuroMirror, a next-generation digital health platform designed to support children with autism and ADHD through AI-powered therapeutic engagement. His vision for NeuroMirror was born out of personal experience as a parent, navigating the challenges of raising a neurodiverse child and recognizing the urgent need for accessible, effective, and child-friendly solutions.

With a background in entrepreneurship and technology innovation, Mihran brings together a unique blend of personal insight and strategic leadership. He has led the development of NeuroMirror’s core architecture, including the NeuroLoop Engine, a proprietary adaptive AI system that delivers personalized therapy sessions in real time. His role spans from product vision and research design to building partnerships with clinicians, caregivers, and technology experts.

Mihran’s mission is to transform how families and therapists support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive growth. Through NeuroMirror, he is committed to creating a platform that not only harnesses the power of AI but also centers on empathy, inclusion, and long-term positive impact.

Board-Certified in Internal Medicine | Fellow, Medical Academy of Pediatric Special Needs (FMAPS) Member, Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM)  Dr. Armen Nikogosian is a distinguished physician with over 15 years of experience in internal and functional medicine. Early in his career, he served in several key clinical and leadership roles — including Hospitalist, Private Practice Primary Care Physician, and Chief of Primary Care at the Veterans

Administration.  In 2010, a deeply personal experience reshaped his professional path when one of his children was diagnosed with autism. This turning point revealed the limitations of conventional medicine in addressing complex, chronic, and neurodevelopmental conditions — particularly in children.  

Motivated by this journey, Dr. Nikogosian dedicated his career to developing integrative, functional approaches that bridge clinical medicine and personalized care. For more than a decade, his functional medicine practice has provided comprehensive care for patients of all ages, with a strong focus on Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related neurodevelopmental challenges.  

As Principal Investigator for the NeuroMirror study, Dr. Nikogosian leads the clinical oversight and research validation of this AI-driven behavioral therapy platform. His vision bridges medicine and technology to expand access to effective, individualized care for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related challenges.
